The campsite
The campsite is located in the climatic health resort of Hauenstein (approx. 4000 inhabitants) and covers an area of 25,000 sqm of meadowland.
It offers several groups the possibility to camp at the same time (approx. 600 - 800 people).
It is only a few minutes' walk to the centre of the village with its shops and the Hauenstein outdoor swimming pool.
The campsite is exclusively for youth development. It is intended to foster and promote community awareness within the group. Only youth groups under responsible leadership may use the site.

Sanitary building 1
Sanitary building newly built in 1998 with spacious sanitary and recreation room for approx. 30 persons. A small kitchen, telephone, lockers and refrigerators or freezers for individual youth groups are available in limited numbers.

Sanitary building 2
Our second sanitary building provides noticeable relief, especially at peak times, e.g. when brushing teeth and at large camps with very many participants. In addition, there are further toilets available indoors here.

Facilities
In addition to the modern sanitary facilities, our youth campsite offers a cosy open wooden hut with barbecue facilities that can accommodate 70 people. In the direct vicinity of sanitary building 1, another wooden hut offers space for smaller groups.
In addition to the sanitary facilities, our sanitary building 1 also has a communal and first-aid room with a kitchenette. There are also a limited number of refrigerators and freezers for individual youth groups. In the outdoor area there are also washing-up facilities with hot water. For a small fee, 10 beer table sets are available for rent.

For the first three days:

From the fourth day:

In the high season of July - August, a minimum of 3 nights should be booked and the group size should be at least 30 people.
Day guests (visitors) € 2.00 / day
The fee includes the costs for electricity, water and rubbish. Cleaning of the sanitary facilities is carried out by the groups in rotation. If electricity and water are consumed above normal (e.g. refrigerated trucks or installation of a swimming pool, etc.), an additional fee of at least €10.00 per day must be paid.
The space is suitable for approx. 600 - 800 people. For this reason, sole use is not possible. In exceptional cases, special arrangements for sole use can be made for groups of 250 or more people, insofar as this is organisationally possible.
Arrival should take place by 4.30 pm at the latest. Departure should take place by 13.00 hrs at the latest.
